You can initiate a return within 7 days, if you received a wrong, damaged or defective item.

When returning an item, ensure all accessories, tags and seals are left intact, and the item(s) is in its original state and packaging. We strongly recommend, you keep the original carton and packaging materials.

Our agent on site would verify that the product’s seals are not broken, the tags are still in place and accessories intact. Please know that, any defect on the product to be returned, no matter how small, would render your request to Cancel and Return Order invalid.  

Upon completion of a successful request to Cancel and Return Order, a refund will be made into your Apex Afro’s Wallet within 24 hours.

How to Cancel and Return Order:

1. Log in to your Apex Afro account

2. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the Apex Afro homepage (Your name will appear here, if you’re logged in)

3. Click on Orders in the drop-down menu

4. Click on View to the right of the item

5. Click on Cancel and Return Order

6. Select the number of items you wish to Return, the reason for the Return

7. Choose your ideal Return process: Return the item yourself to one of our eligible drop-off stations or let us handle it by picking-up the item from you

8. Check your information and submit your Return request
